Good product!
I have been on an SCD diet since 2011 and know that there are specific deficiencies while on the diet. This is the perfect supplement for those on an SCD diet. Love that it is just a few capsules/day and I am covered. Thank you!

Convenient SCD legal vitamins
While it's awesome to have SCD legal products, can we tone down the B-12? Do we really need over 4000%? It's weird having bright yellow pee all the time.

There are a few things I was looking for, being on scd myself: something that's easy to swallow (check....with enough water), SCD legal (check), and trustworthy brand (check). I am currently on my 4th purchased bottle and will continue to buy!
