Cheap and easy
Perfect replacement for my 2011 Yukon Denali XL. My passenger rear was working intermittently and then stopped rolling up. Went down but not up. Replacement comes with trim tool to pop out the old switch. Boom! Your done!

These are nice, and they're easy to install. They are not easy to uninstall - there's no release mechanism, so it's hard not to snap the tab

These were a perfect replacement for the rear switches in my 2008 Avalanche.Both of my original switches had quit working,so I took a chance on these,and they work exactly as they should,so both windows can be used again.Very easy to install,and included a pry tool,which made it even easier.
