This product worked out great for stairs, just recommend wearing gloves when installing.

This is exactly what I needed for my exterior wood ramps that lead into my garage. My girlfriend slipped on one and broke a toe... This tape is very easy to manage and stays in place, definitely high quality. I'm not convinced yet that all of the strips will remain stuck, but I don't necessarily blame the tape more than I blame the surface its adhered to. No worries though, a small flat brush coated with glue will fix any that come loose.

I ordered this grip tape to add to the stairs going down to the boathouse and dock to prevent accidents since they can get slippery after rainfall or after heavy dew and humidity in the early mornings. The product description does a great job communicating the size being 4" wide, and I didn't realize how big that is until I physically had the product in hand. That extra wide width provides ample surface area for your foot to grip, no matter the shoe size. So now we can enjoy being on the lake and entertain family and friends without worrying about someone slipping and falling down the stairs.
