Fantastic customer care by Italica!!
An extremely well packed delivery!! And surprisingly there was no packing material of Amazon used!!The company Italica also ensured proper bubble wrapping of each part was carried out to perfection. Not a scratch on the chairs! Also they put a small greeting card thanking the customer. Great workmanship and care for the customer indeed!!....Thanks Italica... God bless!!

No complaints at all on that front.Product Quality: 1/5 (Very Bad)I am a Prime member, and I feel it's my responsibility to share my unfortunate experience. This review comes a little late because shortly after trying the product, I had to visit the hospital due to an injury caused by it.I weigh 78 kg, so I assumed the chair would hold up, but after opening the package carefully and sitting on the chair, it broke immediately. Within 5 seconds, I fell to the floor, and upon inspection, I found that the back right leg of the chair had cracked off. The shock was followed by a pain in my right shoulder, leading me to visit the hospital for a check-up.I wanted to return the product, but the only option available was a replacement, which I am unwilling to accept given the safety concern.Request to Amazon:Please do not list such poor-quality products on your site, especially this chair from Italica. As a loyal customer, I am disappointed by this experience, and I hope Amazon will take this feedback seriously. If you care about customer satisfaction, please consider offering a refund for faulty products like this one.Advice to Future Buyers:I strongly advise against purchasing this chair. For the cost, I would expect better design for back support. But there is some serious design flaw which causes back pain. I won't recommend this.
