They size just right. Marginally on the big side.

Q: Can these be worn for dirt biking?

Not recommended, they are meant for street/ligh track use and only cover to about mid shin. Dirt moto boots are taller and offer more impact protection in the shin and toe IMO. Plus these are fully perforated for airflow, they would be a nightmare to clean if those perforations got mud in them.
