At last, a barbecue sauce that doesn't have any sugar in it and is low in sodium.Why is this important? Well, the sugar is obvious, but what this sauce allows you to do is salt to taste. With other barbecue sauces they have a ton of salt, and you can't take that away. I'll also note that this does not have monk fruit, erythritol blend, stevia, sucralose or Allulose.. So it's not over the top sweet at all. But not in a bad way, and honestly if you want to sweeten it, then use your artificial sweeteners or honey, or whatever you like.I remember, many years ago, eating some ribs from a chef that was Creole in study and practice. The sauce he used on the ribs was similar (But spicier) . It was more vinegary, tomatoey, Oniony and lighter. This sauce reminds me of that. I put some of this in a dipping tray and put some other hot sauce in it, just to spice it up. It's perfect.Flavor is light, with a smokey hint to it, it's not spicy, think a little spicier than Ketchup, but lighter than that with a more pronounced tomato flavor, sort of like if you took out the salt and sugar from KC masterpiece, and halved it in intensity and added a little more tomato base, that's what this is. And I have to say, I'm SO SO happy that someone has finally done this.I'm so happy this product is around, I wish they made it in larger bottles, like a quart or something.

I am trying to keep my carbs low and frequently that means that I don't enjoy food as much as I used to. I discovered Yo Mama's Marinara sauce and was able to enjoy pasta again (especially with veggie noodles), it tastes great. Plus the sodium is also low, another advantage. When I found out that they made Buffalo Sauce I had to try it: it is awesome. Great flavor, low carbs and lower sodium than other Buffalo Sauces and I have a new favorite. Highly recommend.

Definitely not the best ever but what would you expect without brown sugar? However, a squid or two of liquid Splenda turns it into a very good sauce!

it’s hard to find clean ketchup if you’re on a keto or carnivore diet and I was really hoping that this would be the one. Unfortunately it’s not.First of all it’s so watery it’s almost like tomato juice and that’s what it taste like.Does not taste like ketchup at all and being that it’s so watery it’s just not ketchup. I guess I’ll keep looking although I have started making my own and it’s 1000 times better than this and probably 10 times less costly.In my opinion this is very expensive tomato juice.UPDATEThe company has really stepped up and they refunded me for my order that I had placed and was not satisfied with. I did not ask for this but to be fair I’m updating my review.It doesn’t change what I have found to be the case with the product that I have used. I would be willing to try their product again in the future if they do make changes and make a more realistic clean ketchup. It certainly needs to be thicker and have a more ketchup like flavor.

As someone who has BBQ'd for a majority of their life, but has had to go sugar free, this one misses the mark. its no more than a seasoned sugar free ketchup and is very similar to yo mamas sugar free ketchup. Neither product will be purchased again. Save your money and look elsewhere for good sugar free BBQ.
