3M 9513 KN95 Certified Disposable Respirator

It seems genuine trustworthy 3M product. It is much comfortable to wear for longer time comparing to loop behind ear (with very little protection) or traditional 3M N95 with 2 yellow rubber bands behind head type, which I have many bought in US. This one, if wear properly, should provide similar protection as traditional N95 without the discomfort. The newer 3M N95 Aura is also improved on comfortable side but the availability/price is not so good after recent price jump.I can recommend 3M 9513 KN95.

I’m going to address a few details about this mask pack. The pack I received was imported in 2022 with an expiry date in 2026. The import date was on a sticker, while the expiry was stamped on the packaging. Unfortunately, I couldn’t find the actual manufacturing date even after removing the sticker. Overall, everything seems in good condition. Many of these masks were imported during the peak of COVID, and fresh stock seems hard to come by these days. My local pharmacy also couldn’t source any recent stock of 3M masks.The pack was properly sealed, and the masks appear authentic. The strap is of good quality, and it includes a useful clip for securing the straps at the back. The mask size is slightly small for my head, which I’d consider on the larger side, so it should fit most adults comfortably. Since it doesn’t have a valve, breathing can feel a bit restricted if it’s tightly sealed, but I’ve worn it for the past couple of days without much discomfort.There are other listings with a valve, but those models have stapled straps, which tend to be more cumbersome and break more easily. Based on reviews, it seems some of the older stock has brittle straps, so unless you’re buying a newer batch, the straps may not hold up well. This pack’s strap is punched, not stapled, and has held up well so far, even with frequent use and adjusting.I’d likely buy a pack of 10 or 20 to last through this season and the next. I also own Venus N99 masks from Smart Air, which are good but have dual straps that can get uncomfortable for extended wear. Ideally, it would be great if sellers could bring in fresh stock in the coming years, as most of the stock from the COVID peak will be close to expiring by next year.It would be helpful if Amazon required sellers to list manufacturing, import, and expiry dates on these products.

Review after using the mask(s) for 2 weeks now.The product is good enough in terms of breathability. I do not feel any sort of suffocation in them and does not cause any foggy glasses. (I am full time spectacles user)However, the material is not comfortable for long usage. I had recently taken a 6-hour trip and unfortunately, mask was really tight on my face. The hook attached to the elastic cords is tragically name-sake and WILL keep falling off. Maybe a nuisance too at times.My expectation from 3M was much higher and hence, feeling very disappointed with such an average product. There are masks with similar specifications available with better usability and even with a competitive pricing.Thanks,Amarjeet Baruah

The mask is good quality and comfortable to wear. I did not face any issues with breathability when compared to other N95 mask

When we think about mask, the first thing which comes to our mind is suffocation. But, this is one mask that is very lightweight and high on breathability. I have always been using various models of 3M and Honeywell. But, this is the only model in which I got each mask in separate packing and you feel its genuineness inside out. I used to avoid earloop masks since they used to pinch the ears after earing for more hours. But, this is very lightweight and the earloop is made of soft material and you will feel very comfortable. This is an imported modelI felt that the pricing could have been reduced considerably as it costs almost 2-3 times the normal ones.
