Sony PlayStation Gift Card

I would advise anyone not to buy any physical Gift cards until there is some sort of warranty from the sellers. Even if Amazon is clear there is no refunds on gift cards i had ordered many times and there was not a problem or so i tought as Amazon is an online store not an offline one. So until now I tought i was safe so i order online 4 Sony PS gift cards and one of the codes was used. I would have tought that buying online from Amazon directly and not third party sellers or in a store in wich the gift cards are not protected would be safe but that was not the case. Ive heard there is new technology like x rays used by thiefs that can see under the protection of brand new gift cards they get the codes without scratching them to not alert the sellers that the code has been compromised or they scratch them and put a fake cover on the gift card (wich on an online purchase like mine is on the seller for not to verify this before activate and shipping them) and then every day the thiefs try to use the codes until the card is activated by the purchase. And with the shippment and delivery times of several days it was easy of an advantage to get the codes before the buyer. Amazon would not refund my gift card but this is directly on Amazon and their lack of enough security on the handle of physical gift cards knowing this kind of scam is being used by thiefs right now and allowing for the codes to be stolen before they get to the buyers.
