Q: What is the lightest shade? The blonde was a bit dark for me, should I try golden blonde or ash blonde? Thanks!

Ash blonde will be light without golden undertones

Q: I did a test patch on my arm like the directions stated. It washed off with water after 15minutes. Did i do something wrong? Or does this not stain sk

I never did a skin test but I love the product. It covers the white hairs on my eyebrows. I would say though that it only lasts about 2-1/2 weeks not 6 weeks. When I apply to my eyebrows I usually do 2 coats. I do it once then wash off then do it again.

Q: Why does the ash blonde color look brown when mixing ?

It always looks dark when mixing. I use light brown and it’s looks like coffee grounds when mixing.

Q: Does the gray/brown turn red?

No but I would do a strand test to make sure seeing that everyone is different.
