I purchased this as a gift for my nephew for Christmas. I was a little apprehensive, but purchased it anyway. Initially took it out of the box and the item seemed small and so did the gloves. However, you just have to adjust the waist straps. The gloves are small because there is a lot of cushion, but seems like it was made this way for protection. It ended up working out. It was definitely one of his favorite gifts he received. We had a lot of fun playing with him. He is very into boxing so I highly recommend for the boxing fan in your life.

I bought it for Adult game play. So much fun especially because the game is designed to just and only hit the designated and lit target on the chest pad. No hitting anywhere else, especially the face/head. So it was safe and fun to play. I do recommend it. we laughed a lot and believe it or not, even a 15 play gives you a workout where you start to breath a bit heavy. the gloves are designed for kids and are small. If you are an adult and have smaller hands the gloves will work, other than that, they will not work to fit.

I got this for my son and husband and it doesn’t even come close to fitting an adult. So it makes it unusable for why I got it. We knew the gloves wouldn’t fit but the chest piece will not expand to fit an adult.Update: still will not fit my husband but It will fit me (adult female) and I have had tons of fun with my son! FYI if you try to block a 7year old from punching your lady chest because it hurts, you will accidentally press the buttons and lose the round 😂.

I have nieces and nephews of all ages, and they all had a great time!

I got this for my son (7) as a fun gift. I was hesitant, but the reviewers said it was pretty harmless. They were right in that if you miss the target with the gloves on it is fine. However, what we found is that the chest target, even at its tightest, still wobbled during play and that is what left bruises on both his inner arms. The equipment is definitely durable, but if your kiddo doesn't have a large chest area yet, the chest piece will constantly swing as they move and hit their inner arms. He didnt notice until after playing and the bruises formed near each bicep. So I'd recommend this for kids just a bit older or stockier. My son is 7, is tall for his age and average build (wears size youth 8 clothing for reference). My daughter is 9 and has no issues with the chest piece causing bruises. She is very tall for her age and has a muscular build (wears size youth 14 clothing for reference).
