Not as sturdy as the half rack I have, but then again that set up was 2k. This took about 30 minutes to assemble with the help of my gf. I am 6’2 and when hanging from the bar my feet dangle an inch from the floor. I weigh around 220 and this is just what I needed to do calisthenic workouts whenever I don’t need to go to the gym. I used to be able to do multiple man-ups before covid. I’m excited to train on this just for pull ups and dips.

I was looking for a sturdy, and tall (I'm 6 ft) rack so I could do pull ups comfortably. I was skeptical of this rack due to the price. Putting it together was easy, screwing the bolts to tight do cause the metal to slightly bend inwards but I doesn't affect the sturdiness. I'm 180 and can do pull ups hanging with out my feet touching the ground and I can load 300lbs easy on the rack and I holds the weight fine. I would suggest having weights on the bottom holding it down. But this is a good rack if your not looking to spend $600+

One of the best investments I've made to my home gym. Assembly was super easy. The instructions were easy to follow and it has pictures and steps. Im only 5'2" and I was able to carry/lug the box up two flights of stairs. It took me about 30-40 mins to put it together solo. The sturdiness/stability of it feels great. I tightened everything and nothing is loose. The only issue I have has nothing to do with the item, but it is my flooring. It's not the best flooring and I'll definitely need to invest in rubber mats, but for now it'll do. Overall, if you're looking for something to start out with I HIGHLY recommend this.
