I am pleased with these vitamins. I need a supplement with no iodine, as recommended by a book on Hashimoto's Thyroiditis that I am reading. I got a couple of other supplements from them also.I cannot say that this works better than other vitamins. I have been feeling better, but I simultaneously went on a gluten-free diet and added green juice to my dietary regimen.
