Heating rod quality in comparison agaro otg is quietly less. Bottom stay is also lower Std.price is comparatively high . Other parameters are OK and acceptable.

If you are looking for something sturdy and durable, don't buy this, the temperature regulator conked out and the company itself is unable to repair it

I live in a joint family and love baking cakes, making tikaas, pizzas of the world and what not. Honestly, this is the first product of Morphy Richards which I purchased and have an amazing experience.Stainless steel body, golden colour and mirror front finish door is like a crown in my kitchen. I was quite impressed with its dehydrated function which helps in maintainig the natural texture of fruits, vegetables, herbs and spices.Every dish I cooked was superb with perfect texture and taste. Easy making of tikkas, pizzas, cake and breads with its multiple baking options like grilling and rotisserie. Set of asseriories with this OTG really helped me in my cooking.I got a lot of appreciation from my family and friends and THANK YOU to this OTG for making my cooking more exciting.

Initially received the product with a dent on the control panel. But on the same day a replacement was initiated. Replaced the product within 5 days. The OTS (60 ltr) is Filled with all possible features other than digital control panel, but I wouldn't mind that. The performance is great. It would take a few days to get aligned with the right settings for your favorite dishes which is not a big deal. Overall its a great product with solid build quality, rich feature set and elegant and classic design.The bad part : nothing in particular but you can blame for lack of digital instrument panel

Door not working properly. It maked big noise 😔. so I called service centre. the service man come my home and solved this problem just 10 minutes. I am Happy

When I first bought it, the temperature was off by almost 50-60°C, which was odd, but I still tried to work with it by setting the knob accordingly, because even after contacting the customer service, nobody came for repair. But recently, the lower rod doesn't heat at all, the thermostat is definitely broken. Even when I set the knobs at both rods on and 250°C, the temperature does not go above 90-100°C! It's quite impossible to use a oven that cannot even heat upto 150°C. I am a home baker running a successful small business, and the oven is the backbone of my business. I have tried calling Customer Care atleast 10 times. They even sent a technician to check twice, they changed the thermostat once and the oven still does not work!

While I am over the moon with my shiny oven, it did arrived with a slight dent in the top, but the biggest issue for me is that the rings inside for the racks to slide onto doesn’t have one just below the middle - meaning your items are either to high in the oven and burning on top or too low and burning at the bottom. This could be a deal breaker for some - I’m suprised by Mophy Richard’s as expected attention to detail with this brand especially for the extra money. The handle also heats up considerably, and I’m fearful of it rusting over monsoon but the size is rather substantial this I’m pleased with, and heats up fast and hot! You may need an adapter as comes with the large three pin plug.
