I bought the Reliaville 600SB from Amazon on April 6, 2023 and used it well until now, but suddenly the motor does not work in a month for no reason. There is no problem with the power and there is no problem with the foot switch.i think there is a problem at motor.so I contacted to buy Motor but theydidn't answer what I asked .They are just interested in selling.

Packaged well, worked well out of the box, Bought this one because compared to all the other ones made in china, this one comes from what was an american company, on their website you can still get parts for it. For what it is, and the hobby use it will see it is perhaps overkill, however, if you have ever done a blind stitch on a home sewing machine, it is tedious, takes much longer and is not always consistent in how much of the fabric it picks up. This machine is SUPER FAST, too fast for a beginner to use comfortably right away. But, it's fast much faster at doing consistent hems, and obviously more sturdy. Will take some time to learn to use it, however it's worth the price for the speed and accuracy and parts availability. Use tex 15 blind hem thread, NOT REGULAR THREAD, you'll thank me later. Yes you can get a used american made or japanese or german made machine, BUT who's going to tune it and calibrate it ? yeah let that sink in, so bought this one as i am mechnically inclined and don't see doing commercial work, just an advanced hobbyist. For the money the real value is the heavy duty construction, speed, parts availability and accuracy.

I was so excited about finally purchasing this machine. I had a large project drapes and clergy robes to hem. I was unable to thread the machine and after 8hrs. Failed attempts I finally did and then machine wouldn't catch fabric after adjustments. I gave up and had to return. Now I must hem by hand.

The machine would not sew when I received it so I requested a return. It took several days before I received a return label and weeks before I received the refund.
