A great bag for all purposes
I ordered this bag for my work and to use when I do motorcycle trips. Liked the reversible one strap so I gave it a chance. Once I received it I noticed how much more things I could place inside it than i originally thought. Bag seems like its made well and is durable. The single strap is more than long and wide enough for all people and I'm using the loops on the strap to keep it in so it doesn't daggle, works well for me but I'm sure you can use them for other things.Has more pockets than I needed which is also helpful for my job as I am a service technician which I travel alot for. Easy to place all my personal and work stuff inside and sling over the passenger seat for easy access. Fits my work tablet, note book, note pad for gas, ID cards, power cords, two cell phones, keys, personal wallet, safety glasses, sun glasses, pens, some small hand tools, a 32oz bottle, and I'm sure much more things to come. With all that's in there now I can still put in a hoodie if needed.Haven't used it yet to go out riding with yet since we're still getting snow in the New Jersey area lol. (Sucks) But having a flat back to the bag and a padded strap will be helpful to me so it doesn't get uncomfortable. Which I've bought alot of other ones that I threw out or gave away because they were uncomfortable. Also has a ear bud hole for my phone which I will use instead of running the wire under my shirt.I would definitely recommend this bag to anyone that does any type of traveling or outdoor activities like me. You will be surprised as I was on how much it will fit. Its a great bag for work and long day trips. My wife wants me to get her one now too lol.

Better for left shoulder because of the way the pockets open (example photo) ...
This bag had a lot of great reviews and I can see why. I recently had torn rotator cuff surgery and needed a bag that wouldn't weigh down heavy like my former shoulder bag did. After reading tons of reviews and assessing the options, this one seemed to have the 4 things I needed:1) Needed the right size for holding a couple magazines, some bicycle tools, some mobile device gear, keys, wallet, eyeglasses case, etc. There is a problem that many bags like this have, and that is an outer pocket on top of an outer pocket on top of an outer pocket. Basically, if you put something in the middle outer pocket, nothing will fit in the outer outer pocket. This bag has that problem too, so basically the outer pockets have to be for very thin items. The main large part of the bag has plenty of room, I stuffed a jacket in there today on top of all the other junk I had in there.2) Needed to be reasonably durable in that reviews verified zippers or buckles don't break immediately. So far so good. I've only had it a week. Seems durable. There is a little resistance in the zipper if you pull it from an unagreeable angle. That's easy to fix by always pulling it from straight on. Also, the very outer front pocket closes by magnet, so if you overfill, it won't stay stuck.3) Needed a shoulder strap that was wide as it came off the bag so as to not cut into the shoulder, and that would detach and also switch sides when necessaryThis is one comfortable shoulder strap, I tell ya. I thought I would be pulling it over my shoulder with the buckle unlatched, then latch it in place, but it actually slides, latched, over my head and into place on my back like it was meant to be there. The BIG ISSUE I have is that when slung to hang on the right side, which is my default side, everything will fall out of the largest front outer pocket when you unzip it because the zippers begin at the right bottom of the pocket (that would be facing down). It may not be an issue for some, but it is for me.4) Needed a drink holder on the side that wasn't made out of that flimsy mesh that tears (because I carry an 18 ounce Thermos hydration bottle ASIN B001EGIKDS).The 18oz Thermos hasn't fallen out of the side drink holder yet, but about a third of the top sticks out. It does have a draw string, so I think that helps. And it is not cheap mesh, but a solid nylon, so I don't anticipate any ripping. In conclusion, I don't think I could have found a better bag for the price (I would have paid more for one). It basically meets all 4 of my requirements. I'm learning to live with the spill-prone pocket, because its such a comfortable bag, and I don't want to read any more reviews like this one.
