I'm usually very skeptical of buying tables and chairs online, but I'm absolutely amazed by the quality of this product.It does everything it says it should. Recline, footrest, height adjustable. So as long as you put everything together properly and fix it in tightly (don't overdo it, as soon as it's hard to apply pressure to turning the Allen key, stop).The wheels are very smooth and quiet when moving around, as well as the chair overall when reclining and such. At first when I put the lower half together, the metal part for the footrest kept making clinking noises, and I was really paranoid it'd make noises every time I sat on the chair. I affixed it to a stool version, tried sitting on it to test, it didn't make any clinking noises.Everything was surprisingly easy to put together, I did it all alone (I'm a 21 year old girl who's 5'1/155cm tall) and it honestly didn't take that long. The longest part was probably putting the back to the seat, it was hard to hold it on place while trying to screw it on as it kept falling further down and moving but still do-able.I'd say it's very comfortable, compared to my old chair that I paid £80 for, this is like sitting on a cloud. My mum tried it with it reclined and with the footrest up that she wanted to sleep on it.Backrest pillow and head pillow are both good, head pillow is much softer than the back pillow. The head one has cushion-like stuffing, inside soft mesh. The lowerback pillow has foam inside, so it's not as "spongey".Being 5'1 the head pillow feels like it's sitting above my head and not much use, but I improvised and moved the pillow lower down (compare first 2 pics to last 2 pics). As seen, the now adjusted pillow is sitting in front of the holes of the chair, covering the white plastic. I thought it'd hang down a bit but it fits perfectly!I'm absolutely in love with this chair. Would definitely recommend!Edit:Second day having the chair, unsure why it started creaking a bit whenever I leant back, contacted the seller, they refunded me £20 for the issue as I could not identify any visible issues to be sent a replacement, I think they were happy to send me a replacement part i.e. the back part, but I didn't want to go through the hassle of taking the chair apart and rebuilding it, so I just accepted the partial refund. Funnily enough it's not an every-day issue, sometimes it creaks sometimes it doesn't, whether bolts are tight or loose it doesn't affect it so I'm really not sure why it does that.I also did not realise there was a visible cut right on top of the chair, so I reached out to the seller and they were happy to refund me another £10 for the cut. I think I will probably sew it back as it's not big and doesn't really pose an issue, just aesthetic problems.Super happy with customer service as they are quick to respond and give a satisfying solution!

Easy to build, great finish, modern, and stable. Even a leg rest. Great seating position.

Fairly easy to assemble Arms tends to work loose fairly comfortable.

A comfortable and versatile chair, that's well built. Easy for my teenage son to construct and looks good in his room. Hard to get him off it actually.

After looking for a new chair for a while, all chairs seemed to have either a high price for good reviews, or bad reviews for a low price.. I bought this chair due to the good reviews and pictures. I am not disappointed at all!Assembly was extremely easy, took 30 minutes max. All tools provided in the kit too which was good for ease of use. All the pieces came nicely and safely wrapped.Leather feels good quality and the padding is soft but firm. Having been sat in it for 8hrs at a time, I can say the lumbar and neck pillows really help and are comfy. The seat too is great to sit on and doesn't get uncomfortable over time. Wheels, tilt and raise/lower works perfectly and is smooth.Only thing which is more of a lazy part of me, the foot rest needs to be manually pulled out and flipped over to use.. And when you take your legs off it, the cushion flips back underneath automatically. Both annoying for when you only move your legs for a second, but good for when you need to put it away

this chair is beautiful! it looks even better in person than the photos. the seat is quite wide and comfortable for long periods. the head cushion doesn’t do much for me, but as a 4’10” woman this was expected! it sits in an awkward place and i’ll most likely end up taking it off completely (even though i love how it looks). this isn’t a big problem, i just thought i would mention it for anyone who is as vertically challenged as i am. the chair was very easy to put together. also, it arrived much earlier than the estimation (literally within a day of posting), so many thanks to the seller for getting it to me this quickly :)!! seems like my dog approves, too!

Had the chair less than a year and the arm rests are flat and started to crack... Otherwise a comfy chair.
