Sweats less than ice packs for sure, but not completely -- lighter weight, cool for 2-3 h

Best part about this is they dont "sweat" as much as ice packs. Are they totally sweat free? no. I dont think it is. Still dampness here when they eventually melt but certainly a LOT LESS than ice packs. This is important for kids' lunches because when ice packs melt, the condensation gets the bag wet and saran wrapped sandwiches get wet (the bread). This definitely reduces that to a point of negligible moisture.The size is a tad on the small size though. I wish these were a bit larger to cover larger space in the bag. But on the positive end, I find this to be lighter than icepacks so the decreased weight for my kids' lunch bags is a welcomed attribute.In terms of how long this lasts? maybe around 2-3h depending on how insulated your lunch bag is. Just long enough til kids' lunch time.Hope this helps

Favorite lunchbox icepack
My older child has used a set of these for years and they've held up so well I bought this set for my youngest's first year of school too. They hold up so well and are easy to wipe clean from any and all lunchbox spills. I like that they can fold and conform around items for added insulation or stay slim and flat taking up next to no space. Also great for bumps and bruises- I'm not worried about my kids dropping one on their toes (or throwing it at each other).

We bought these for our daughters launch box and they are great! They don’t sweat much so nothing gets wet in her lunch box, I love the cool prints and are over all a great product and will probably buy more haha.

Great for baby bottle cooler
I use these exclusively for my small 2-bottle baby cooler. They are slim and stay cold long enough to feed my baby 2 bottles without worrying about proper temp, so maybe 4 hrs? I like the cute designs.
