The five star is for the prompt delivery. I was expecting this item on March 3 o 4 but received it today 02/27/2015. I was very impressed with the packaging as well. These are tiny glass bottles and the packager took care to protect each bottle individually. As far as the product itself: I have a friend that is a hairstylist who recommended the product to me. My hair is so thin now that I was desperate to find something to stop the hair loss. Along with this product I bought the compensating shampoo and the garlic hair treatment. I will post again when I see marked improvement in my hair.
