Great for do it yourself first
I love the fact that it’s got a foot pedal so I can make sausage on my own without having someone else having to turn a crank. I have the setting on the slowest as I’m a beginner making sausage but once I get more proficient this thing pumps out sausage in a hurry, is really sturdy, and is easily cleaned up

Works Great
Had a hand crank and due to shoulder replacement made it impossible to use. Ordered Electric one and made it much easier to use.

BUYER BEWARE- POOR CONSTRUCTION & NO WARRANTY GUARANTEE
Purchased 12-24-22. Motor broke by 11-4-23, at which time I reached out to LEM regarding the warranty registered for it. They refused to warranty. I have used the hand cranking option since then, but have had to continuously rebuild and fix ever since. If the unit is not perfectly in alignment at all times, maintained, and filled with only higher fat content meats, it will not work. The material is thin and bends easily. The valve continuously sticks on leaner meats. The gears have rusted and the nuts and bolts will fall out regularly, which will also bend the machine to non-usage. If you do choose to spend $1000 on this poorly made machine with no guaranteed warranty, you should look into buying some silicone sealant and loctite as well as you will need it. LEM wants $250 for the motor replacement, but I will save that and put it towards a Walton's or MEAT Your Maker stuffer instead. Complete waste of money IMO.

Great Machine
I started with Manuel 5 Pound Stuffer and it worked great but didn't like having to load it so often. Then went to the 15 Pound Manuel stuffer and also liked it but working by yourself it was kind of slow, so I ordered the 20 pound Electric Stuffer. I received it and cleaned it up and then set it up. Setup was very easy. I then stuffed 25 Pounds of Summer Sausage, Mixed with the LEM power mixer, then stuffed 25 Pounds of Salami. I was able to operate it alone with the foot switch and completed the task in less than a quarter of the time it took with the Manuel stuffer and my shoulder was not worn out. I really like the automatic shut off when you bottom out and also when you raise it to the top. Hardly anything left in the tank and a very easy cleanup. I love this stuffer but would like to see LEM modify the controls so it will complete all tasks with the foot petal and not have to use touch controls to slightly raise the plunger between casings to stop ejection of meat. I would recommend this stuffer to all my friends that are into making sausages.

Expensive, but well worth it! (30lb. Auto Stuffer)
I make anywhere from 200 to 300 pounds of deer sausage every year. I have been through many stuffers and none of them held up. Broke every one I've ever purchased including the LEM manual crank one. I decided to bite the bullet and spend the money on the 30lb. auto stuffer. I couldn't be happier! It is easy to use, holds a ton of meat, and appears to be very well made. It made stuffing without anyone to help me a breeze! I made 300 lbs. by myself and the only issue I had was it shutting off when trying to do snack sticks. The stuffing tube is so small for snack sticks that it makes it really hard for the stuffer to work. On my first batch it kept tripping after just a few seconds of stuffing. I managed to power through it and on the second batch I added a lot more water to the meat mix until it was really sticky. This wont affect your product and it totally did the trick. Stuffed 25lbs. of snack sticks in just a few minutes with no issues at all! Hopefully it holds up for years and years of service, but after my first round with it I couldn't be happier and would highly recommend it! Yes, it's expensive, but if you're making a large quantity of sausage regularly it is so worth it!!!

This is the LEM 20 pound electric model
I got this stuffer on Wednesday, I thawed out 20 pounds of boneless pork butts and ground them up on Saturday, after mixing the meat and placing it in the stuffer I found that it doesn't quite hold 20 pounds - try 18.5 pounds or so. That said, it took me a bit to get the hang of using the foot pedal and keeping pace with the stuffer. I was pleased that it was easy to use, I was also impressed that the shaft had markings for 1/2 full - nice! The thing that took it up to five stars is that it stopped itself when it was empty and there was VERY little meat left in the cylinder. My previous stuffer would not stop and broke if it went to the bottom. The motor was EASY to attach and detach for storage. 20 pounds of Bratwurst!!! Very happy.
