I’m a size 8 1/2 and I ended up trimming them what I would consider the normal amount. My original pair was purchased at the orthopedic office and ran according to size, but was twice the price. These seem to be working just as well.

These orthotics were recommended by my specialist. I was limping, and had inflammation in my ankle. I wore these gradually for a few hours each day, & within two weeks I could walk normally, without any pain. I would consult a orthopaedic physician before ordering, since each condition is different. My only complaint was that there weren't sufficient directions included with the product.

These are high quality and comfortable with lots of arch support- keep in mind they are not returnable and they were too big for me. I’m a 6.5-7 women’s and the description said they would fit and they didn’t, so be ware. I was disappointed.

These were prescribed to help Tendonitis. For size guide ..I am a true size 10 shoe and per others comments I got Size A and they fit perfectly in my size 10 shoe.

I think these are going to be great when I actually get the right size. I wear a woman six or six and a half and I did not realize these were men's sizing. I'll have to return and hope to be able to get as they were recommended by my podiatrist/surgeon.
