Didn't help me
I bought this to help with mild cubital tunnel syndrome but I found I was waking up with my arm really hurting each time I wore this so I gave up with it after a couple of weeks. It's well made, but it just wasn't for me.

Nope. Didn't help. Made it worse.
I had a REAL split I wore for bed that provided comfort, breath ability, SLIGHT mobility and had TWO METAL splints. It was half the price. And so much better. Why did I buy this instead? Well it has more cushion so I figured "eh more cushion so it SHOULD be better than what I have now right? Should feel like my arm is in a tight pillow?"WRONGThis thing doesn't sit right. It has two Velcro straps which can only be strapped on the corresponding spot making it difficult for tightening and positioning. You only have one arm to put this on with if you don't have help.....My other brace had three Velcro straps. One going one direction and two on each side of THAT one going the opposing direction. And they weren't limited to one single strip of Velcro. They could be adjusted either way. This made it easier for applying with one hand.Secondly is this has ONE PLASTIC splint. One. Like why? I know I know "you knew this already because they state it in the product description" yes I did and I wasn't aware of how USELESS this is until I tried it.Firstly is the fact that its ONE splint. You can very easily bend your arm. I have cubital tunnel. I'm not supposed to be bending my arm at 90 degrees at night which I do. With this, there is no restriction. I bend 90degrees no problem as tight as it possibly goes. Why? Because there's only ONE splint. So I can either align it on the inside of my arm to prevent it from bending (but causing pain in my arm and upper forearm where the edges of the split reside) OR put it on my elbow which, again, causing discomfort. I tried using it like the dude in the picture does, where its in the side of the elbow. And nope. I can bend it super easily. No problem at all.You can argue it might be too big/small for me. Well only has one size because you can "adjust jt" but when adjusting it is so complicated in your own, how are you supposed to add and remove it each night before going to bed? I saw one review complaining it kept falling off. Maybe it's because they can't properly adjust it because it isn't easy to do.Second Is the fact that the splint is PLASTIC. It FEELS flimsy. They state its bendable to help permit some movability. True however it will hurt your arm if used in the inside or outside elbow. And you don't want your arm completely immobilized but you also don't want it to be easily bend able. Or at least with my condition. The best part as a consumer: no returns.Yup.So I spent $30 for a horrible week(yes tried this for a week, figured needed to be "broken in" or some other excuse the company would argue)To not be able to sleepTo have worsened ulnar nerveTo wake up with dead arm from being so uncomfortable I tossed and turned and slept on the armTo be stuck with the item, out of the money, and write this review. Why did I buy this if I had the other brace? Because it had cushion. My other brace isn't bad but it didn't make me feel like my arm was in a cloud and this looked like it does. My other brace is mostly fine but I've had it for almost a year, washed it every week to two weeks so the Velcro is worn. I'd wear the brace and rest my arm on a pillow and it was WAY more comfortable than this one.Its different for everyone though. I guess it depends on your medical situation. Cubital tunnel syndrome / ulnar nerve entrapment is your problem, this isn't a solution or aid.

needs improvements. Comfortable
Brace is one size fits all and I use it at night to prevent full elbow flexion while sleeping (cubital tunnel syndrome) , The brace is comfortable to wear but has one plastic rather than a metal stay thus does not fully prevent elbow movement but still helps avoid full flexion. My biggest issue with the brace is that it will slide down the arm while sleeping and will need re adjusting. If the brace was made longer, that would have helped prevent that problem/

Stopped the Numbness
Has helped with reducing numbness in hands at night. No instructions came with it on proper way to wear it. Plastic inserts are constantly coming out and need to be pushed back in during night. This has been more than a bit of a nuisance. Have now had it for a few months and cannot keep the inserts in during the night. Very frustrating. rating goes from a 4 to a 1
