Q: what is the size of belt

It goes from size 34-42 (i think)I'm a size 38 and it still had a lot of "belt" left for what I assume to size 42. Hopefully it answers your question.

Q: can you please give me the name of every pouch that is on this belt I need to know if i have to puchase extra acessories. I need it for the academy.

The belt comes with a gun holster that will fit most guns. It has a dual magazine holder, baton holder, handcuff case, radio holder and other pouches. This is perfect for the academy or when you need to throw something that is light weight and comfortable (like for extra jobs). I did use it for a while on duty (emergency situation) but was not too confident with it. Also, some of the pouches it came with were useless due to defects. I was unable to fit anything in them. One was what appeared to be for a body mic but it was too tight on one side to use for anything.

Q: Do the pouches detach from the belt? Could the belt be reduced to a size 30?

Yes all the pouches are removable and yes the belt will fit a size 30.
