This is a terrific cold pack. Because of its heavy weight it retains the cold longer and it drapes around the body part effortlessly. My PT used it on me and I was instantly impressed by its effectiveness. Anyone with chronic pain understands the frustration of lightweight cold packs. Also, the fabric is really nice on the skin. It is soft and pliable. There are no sharp edges to cut you or press into your skin.The price was great. The shipping was fast. The packaging are efficient-great job and smart. The size I ordered 10"x13" is perfect for my back and hip injuries.

Perfect size for knee or ankle injuries. It stays very cold for quite awhile and is very supple. Can use this almost anywhere and has enough weight to stay in place. Great product.

I love the product and the size. I bought the XL larger one before from my Chiropractor and feel in love with the brand. I really like how it never freezes but yet gets super cold, and last for hours.

Keeps cold and covers more area for a lot longer than most other icepacs. I had purchased something else before this and then saw how well this brand worked when I went to physical therapy.

First used these at an outpatient physical therapy business, they worked well so I bought some - actually, several different sizes.The black version is heavier duty, used in PT. My first purchase of these was probably 3 or 4 years ago, and has held up beautifully. No rips or tears. Just toss in the freezer to have ready when needed.It chills quickly and stays cold plenty long enough. It’s flexible enough to wrap around a body part - we use it mostly on knees, and it’s easy to gently press it to confirm around the knee. Works well to relieve pain.

My husband recently had hip surgery and needed to ice his hip. We had been filling ice bags which was getting to be cumbersome. His Physical Therapist recommended this cold pac. I never realized they had something like this. They work great and hold the cold for at least 20-30 minutes. When you are done icing, you just wipe off the ice pack and return to the freezer.

We purchased this ice pack to soothe an injury; it worked quite nicely. We like the size and flexibility of the ice pack.
