Very good easy WiFi Mesh System
Had a bunch of Deco M5 set up in my house. Decided I wanted one more & got the M9 to take over as the main hub. So easy to set up & no issues. Now I have WiFi in every corner! Wish all my devices were this easy to set up

Good WiFi Hub with a catch
The hub is in a great condition (as good as new), however it did not work as it is supposed to. When I reached out to Amazon customer service, they couldn't figure what the problem was. They sent me a replacement. But the replacement also had the same issue. I wanted to give a shot by reaching out to TP-Link customer service and they suggested me to update the firmware and software. That fixed the problem. It works great!

Easy to install
Product purchased as an add on to already installed units. Works well.

Just works
I already have a Deco M9plus mesh Wi-Fi device, 2 of them. I decided to add another to get better coverage, adding it was super easy, just needed to run another ethernet cable because I'm using ethernet backhaul for a more stable solution. As soon as I connected it to the network, it updated the latest version of its firmware.Just a small note, I bought the renewed version for a little less than the new, when it arrived, I couldn't install it because it didn't have the power supply. The only option in the Amazon app was to return it, not replacing it. So I called Amazon support and the first person told me that Amazon renewed products don't come with accessories, but I told him that a power supply is not an accessory. He said he was sorry but could not do anything for me and I could return it if I wanted to. I asked to transfer me to someone else, he did and I explained to the next customer support person that I didn't receive the power supply and she said she would send me replacement right away. I got the replacement the next day and setup my new (refurbished) Deco M9plus.

Received Defective unit
Would have been great but unit did not work properly. It would sync to other decks for a short time then drop out. TP-Link confirmed the unit was defective. Had to return. Return process was very easy.

Just like new
I had 2 other units and needed a third. This one worked out of the box and haven’t had any issues. It works just like the others.

Good product; just the ticket
This unit was acquired to supplement my prior units and further expand my coverage. I've been very happy with my Deco-9 Plus system as it has helped me get a decent wi-fi signal throughout my 90 yo two story home which has old plaster walls with metal supporting lathwork that tend to function much like a Faraday cage when it comes to traditional wi-fi routers signal range. The app is very user friendly when it comes to checking status of system or expanding it.
