NutriJa DIM Supplement 200mg - 60 Capsules

Helps me with my endometriosis/pms/pmdd symptoms. I started with 100mg and slowly build up to now 400mg. Sometimes I take 600 if pain is still high.Never start DIM at a higher dose or you’ll have headaches, stomach issues and other unfavourable effects. Think it like you need dim because there’s high estrogen in your body. If you put dim in an ‘already full bucket of cr@p’, instead of healing, it’ll explode and cause ugly side effects. So learn to detox your body with charcoal etc when you start dim. And start with smallest dose. Using this for over 6 months now and it’s going smoothly.

I've been using Nutrija's DIM since 2020 and this product actually helped me get below 12% body fat at that time. This is not a magic pill but this definitely helps to balance your hormones and helps with your stubborn belly fat if combined with proper diet, workout and sleep.

I have estrogen dominance and was advised to take DIM. I have so far purchased over 10 bottles by Nutrija as there are no other Indian brands selling it. It worked fine initially but thereafter, since 1 year, it has done NOTHING for me. Rather caused more symptoms of ESTROGEN dominance.

The media could not be loaded. Using Nutrija DIM from last 3 years & i can feel the results specially on the acne i get on my face & back because of using whey protein.Its Prevents free testosterone conversion to DHT & Bioperine acutally improves the absorbtion of nutrients.Being a certified personal trainer i can say this is currently the best DIM supplement available in the market.

Expensive for this quantity, reduce this price or increase the quantity. It would be much helpful. Also show the authentic of the tablet
