My plumber had some doubts when I told him what I paid for this shower head and handheld. BUT, he was happy to admit his skepticism was not warranted! He said he was surprised by the quality and that the install was uncomplicated. It looks so good and it functions great. I've never been a fan of rainheads, as I assumed the flow would be wimpy. Not so! This one has a good strong flow that rinses my fairly thick hair quickly. Love that. And the handheld is so nice - easy to use, sits solidly in the holder. I would definitely use this system again. Seriously, it's as good as the expensive sets and the 5 star rating is deserved! Get it!!!

The product arrived fast, and the finish is just as beautiful as in the photo. While my tile guy had messed up the wall thickness leaving me with the hardware for this product too deep in the wall, the supplier has offered to send me a free extension kit to resolve the issue. I will 100% order from them again for all of my other properties!

We got this to put in our master bathroom remodel. The packaging was great, all the parts and pieces were well secured. I installed it myself. it was pretty straight forward install. I was on the fence about this because I was worried about the water pressure of a rain head. We decided to try it anyways. The water pressure was great, and I think it even came with a water pressure restrictor that I didnt install, but I think the pressure would have been fine with that as well. Its not really clear, but you can run both the rain head the wall spray at the same time if you split the difference on the diverter knob. This is how my wife and I run it about 90% of the time. Very happy with it overall. I took one star off because i was a bit concerned with the casted thread. They were slightly deteriorated and I was a little concerned that they might leak. After a lot of thread tape and testing I was feeling good enough to seal the wall.

I LOVE this shower system...besides being so pretty the water pressure is amazing!

I can hardly wait to get them installed in my soon-to-be remodeled bathroom. Great color match with other fixtures and hardware.

My wife and I are 100% pleased with the Gabrylly Shower System - we think this is a very good choice for shower fixtures. The rain-shower shower head works great as does the hand attachment. What got our attention in selecting this product was that the hand attachment could be installed so that it is easily reachable in the shower. The product pieces all seemed to us to be of very good quality and is packaged very well. We did have to obtain a replacement for one of the parts, but the customer service was very responsive and we had a replacement within the next business day (all customer service communication was through email and WhatsApp and was within the next day). Note that I did not rate Easy to Install because the instructions that come with the Shower System state to have a professional do the installation, which we did have done and we would recommend for anyone purchasing this product. Otherwise, we stand behind our 5-star rating.
