Recommend, palatable
This is very good, very little fish odour, making it very palatable unlike the cod liver oil I remember from my youth.. Easy way to get the vital omega 3 oils in. Recommend

Amazing taste.
Me and my family take these as supplements to help increase brain function, and we ran out of our old bottle so I bought this. Tasty, great value for money, and a large bottle. I personally hate the texture of all oils, so I wash down my daily dose with water.

Good brand odd taste (Apple)
I’ve been taking the mega three for years now and I can honestly say definitely works. I’m not here to review a mega free supplement but more this brand this brand is among the top three of the ones that I’ve used and the smell taste and freshness are all very good Particularly the freshness it last for a long time as long as you keep it in the fridge which I highly recommend you can even freeze it. The reason I give this four stars is more due to the flavour compared to the lemon, the apple flavour personally for me does not taste nice at all and you would be better off getting the lemon flavour or unflavoured. It is a little bit on the expensive side but still quite good value for money. There are no funny ingredients in it and it is very easy to use. I take about 7 mL on a big tablespoon so I don’t spill any trying to put it in my mouth.

Very impressed!
I’m so impressed! I wish I liked eating oily fish but as much as I’ve tried different recipes I just don’t. Now I have the start of arthritis I was told I really need to make sure I get my omega 3 and living in the UK, a vitamin d supplement is also necessary. This does both and it tastes great! I got the lemon flavour and have a teaspoon worth. It also doesn’t repeat. This is much better than the capsules (which often go off and repeat and have more ingredients). Very happy to have found a great solution.
