Deep Cycle Fast Charger for 12V 12 Volt Batteries - 2/10/50 amp Charge Methods

I have a bought with I/O motor. It seems every 4th or 5th time I want to go out, the battery needs charging. This little unit is ideal. Charges in a hurry. This is a must have item.

Better quality than what you can get at Harbor Freight or auto parts store. I was impressed for the price.

I had previously bought a NoCo charger which sucked and constantly shut itself off for "protection". I wanted a good 'ole solid state battery charger - you know, like the one your dad used for like 20 years that did not have any electronic controls and all of the other options which make them finicky. Does this have trickle charging and a whole bunch of other options? Nope. And I don't care because it works every time that I have used it in several different 12V batteries for electric vehicles and for my lawnmower and back-up truck battery. I haven't confirmed yet that it delivers 50 amps on highest setting but I can confirm the other specs were as advertised.

I have tried two of these and first one was damaged, the second one is no good either. When you put it on a low battery at 10 amps the amp needle goes haywire and then shuts off. It won’t do anything until you unplug it and then it only works on 2 amps. You should probably take this item out of your inventory. I will be sending it back for a refund.

Riding mower battery was always losing charge so needed to jump start every time. This charger's start mode works great.

I was able to charge some very dead batteries, both regular Automotive 12 volt as well as two 6 volt (connected in series) Deep Cycle batteries. This charger only works in 12 volt mode.Where I found an issue causing the loss of a review star is in the ridiculous claim that the charging leads can pass 50 amps of current in the "Motor Start" function. The leads get warm charging at 10 amps, %0 would just melt the insulation and likely the wires themselves too.Other than that it has worked OK so far. . .
