I ordered this pack last month when I started seeing reports coming out about a new virus and that masks were going to soon be in short supply or possibly go way up in cost, which I was already seeing many already sold out. I normally use a 3M respirator when painting & have a couple at work, but wanted to have these on hand for the rest of the family in case of immediate emergency.They are exactly what I expected from 3M, as I use their brand respirator, sand papers, & many other products for most of my painting needs, esp when it comes to breathing in sanded particles. I often sand old, vintage items that were painted before the dangers of lead paint were well known (thanks to my dad, bc I hadn't even realized I could have been sanding lead paint with no mask!), however these particular masks are NOT meant for lead paint sanding, but they are however recommended for sanding non-toxic surfaces/wood.These masks are very comfortable to wear, easy to fit, and come with a pamphlet with instructions & pictures so even in a panic state, one can figure it out at a quick glance if need be. While these are NOT graded for lead or asbestos, they are good for sanding, etc so even if I hopefully never need them for a virus type of situation, I can always use them anyway, to sand down raw wood, or newly chalk painted items because chalk paint causes a lot of dust to fly.The only thing I could say negative is the cost for a package of only two masks. They seemed to be a little higher than what I remembered before this epidemic began. But, as with anything during shortage, it's harder to get already so the cost may go up a bit, I just hope not significantly and definitely not for the seller to profit on the necessity for masks due to a terrible outbreak, along with panic and fear.Anyway, I hope this helps, I highly recommend this mask, and esp this brand (for masks AND respirators), for whatever your painting (or outbreak) needs may be!

Did the job but got dirty quickly ( the color I guess)

When I clean house the cleaning products cause breathing problems. Today I used one of these masks to see if the would help. Multiple rooms and various cleaning sprays, no problems at all. The mask does what it should and is very comfortable. Time to stock-up on more.

These are the real N-95 made in the US respirator masks Made by 3M. Yep, the ones we couldn’t find during the pandemic. Uncomfortable, expensive, BUT the genuine article- not a cheesy knock off from Korea.

Way too small and tight even for a petite Sr. Female with a very small head.(21”) Small bike or riding helmet size.Left marks on my face for only a few minutes.

Needed these while prospecting in the Arizona desert. The windblown super fine dust will wreck your allergies and isn't great for your lungs either. Also, Valley Fever is a thing and a little bit of discomfort wearing a mask is better than the being deathly sick. I bought this item over other N95s specifically because of the exhaust vent. And I'll never buy a knockoff brand to sacrifice a couple bucks when my health is on the line. Will be buying more of these and you should too!
