Joy’s most products are of good quality, including this shampoo. It increases hair volume, and there’s no need to use conditioner after washing. I highly recommend it.🥳However, I stopped using Joy’s products because I received used facewash twice. I’m not sure if the fault lies with Amazon or the vendor. Please take care of this issue to avoid losing valuable customers. Your products are awesome. 👌
