Disappointing quality
This towel looks cute out of the package but after closer inspection the quality is poor. Loops that make up the towel are not uniform and in some places any friction will pull the loops out of the towel so I assume this towel will not be absorbent for long. It just looks kind of crappy/cheap and not willing to see if it fluffs you after laundering. It left threads and fuzziest all over my shirt. I also got another character from the same brand and it had the same issues.

Poor quality
Its a bathtowel. Very poor quality--I won't make a fuss, BUT it comes in a nice giftable box. I opened to put it into something else, thankfully--it has pulls all over, the face stitching looks like it would come unraveled completely. Embarrassed to gift this but purchased awhile back. Very sorry I didn't open sooner to check quality.

So soft
I bought this for a friend who is having her first baby. She's gone a little wild on the baby gear so it was kind of hard to find a practical gift for the little guy. I fell in love with this as soon as I saw it. It's so cute and you can never have too many towels. The little hood will help him stay warm after the bath and the fabric is super soft. I know from experience that bamboo is very absorbent and holds up well in the wash.

Soft, larger, and effective.
I tested two of these towels out by putting a little bit of water on the vanity counter top (porcelain) with my hand and they didn’t do the greatest. Left a decent amount of water in a streak where I wiped the counter.Update: My kid isn’t made of porcelain. These towels work great for our 5 month old. Large enough to wrap him up with it being winter, soft to the touch and it gets the right amount of dry without sucking all the moisture out of his skin. I will definitely buy more of these in the future for our little man.
