Felt the difference straightaway. Good probiotics. I was looking for something strong and these work well.

Usually I can tell that new probiotics are working because my gut acknowledges them for a few days in the form of flatulence. Nothing happened with these so I began to suspect that they do not work. I did the milk test (1 capsule in a small amount of milk at room temperature for 24-48 hours) and there was no curdling, just rancid milk (meaning the probiotics are dead). Disappointed

This product is amazing 5 days of taking and my stomach bloating has subsided, I don't feel hungry hence not eating as much, my skin is much better a lot clearer and I feel like I have more energy despite the 12 hour nurse shifts. Highly recommended will definitely be continuing to take long term.

These tablets made me sooooo unwell. Within the first few days/weeks I was constantly throwing up/on the toilet and bloated. I persevered because I read this is normal when you start taking a probiotic. However after over a month or so I was still constantly sick, couldn’t sleep at night and my brain was foggy. Apparently we’re not supposed to have more than 10 billion CFU per day and these contain 40 billion. Just made everything worse for me so have stopped taking. Honestly I am just going to stop messing with my body and taking these random ass tablets I get from Amazon that ‘help with ibs’ because they always make me worse and just go cold turkey

I don't see any improvement in helping me with my IBS as it claim it would
