A Usable Lactometer
A Lactometer plus measuring jar. The lactometer can be used to find out how much water is mixed with pure milk. The items supplied does this perfectly. It would have been helpful if the lactometer graduations are coloured GREEN below the MILK mark ( for no water content) and RED above the MILK mark for some water content. Giving the measuring jar along with the lactometer is good thinking. To test Milk with the lactometer you need a 15 cm deep vessel. The supplied measuring jar is ideally suitable, as it is having only 2.5 cm dia, 15 cm deep and has a big base for stability. Over all it is good buy, and value for money.
