Highly recommend
I got it on sale not thinking much of it. I was wrong, its absolutely amazing. Looks great, decent sound, not the best but still pretty good. Easy controls and the rgb lights on the back look pretty cool. Love the adjustable height and curve to the screen. Again, highly recommend!

Beautiful display
Top notch monitor for a great price! The HDR is excellent! Nice and bright, and crystal clear picture quality! If you’re looking for a 2K HDR monitor for a good price, I’d recommend this monitor!!

Good for gaming
Great monitor for all types of games using PC. Set up was easy and fast and the quality is great especially for the price.

Great picture
Overall it is an excellent monitor for the money. The speakers could be better but if you plan on using plug in speakers that is no big deal. Good buy for the money, and picture quality.

Best monitor for the money
I have outstanding monitors that were much, much more expensive... and this one surprised me so much. I gave it to my kids paired with an old 3080 TI FE, and WOW. It's actually very close to my curved 1440 name brands, like Asus and LG! Incredible picture for the money, very bright, HDR is... lackluster (but you won't find good HDR unless you spend 1000$+) the led in the back gives an awesome mood for gaming and the stand is very well made!

Bought 2 now both shut off randomly and make a strange popping sound.
I bought these about 6 or so months ago, as stated in the title, one monitor was fine, the other has one dead pixel that glows bright green for some reason? Which isn't a huge deal for me, I use that monitor as a secondary monitor. However that monitor is now doing a thing where the screen goes black for a second as if it turns off, then comes back on. The other monitor remains on and is fine, but that one just completely loses power for a second, the back lights even blink off for a second. As time goes on it grows more frequent to once every few hours to once every few minutes and it's kind of alarming.I had a friend tell me to unplug the monitor for a day to let the power in the monitor drain out and reset and that actually fixed the problem... for a few days, however after a few days the problem has reared its ugly head again and now I'm worried the monitor is on its way out. I'm very disappointed because I've bought Sceptre monitors for the last 8 years for being affordable and actually pretty decent. But like other reviewers, I'm having issues with this monitor, it doesn't seem like it was made with quality in mind. Also it seems to radiate a lot of blue light which strained my eyes, I happened to get glasses that filters out blue light and I noticed that the monitors no longer give me eyestrain, so that's another thing to keep in mind if you have sensitive eyes.If you're looking to buy this monitor I'd suggest maybe not settling for it, it seems like a gamble if you're gonna get one that works or if it's broken out of the box or will break in 6 months (after the return date of course, I'd return it if I could!) Better to shop for something more reliable.Update (09/23/24)When I wrote this review initially I had only issues with one monitor and the other was fine. Now the "good" monitor seems to be on its last legs. For the last month or so it's been black screening every so often and sometimes makes a loud-ish popping sound like plastic expanding due to temperature and its detaching something, if that makes sense. Even more recently there was a louder pop sound and the bottom right corner of the screen flashed and then it went back to "normal". I feel the monitors days are numbered.I've tried leaving it unplugged for a few days to see if that fixed anything, I've swapped cords with the other (identical) monitor to see if that was the problem, but it didn't fix anything.I'm actually relying on the monitor that was giving me issues in the first place as that one is the more reliable one now. I'm incredibly disappointed with this, I don't think I'll be getting monitors from Sceptre again.Do not buy this monitor, go with something else.

great value
I don't use these for gaming. But they are a solid monitor for the price.

never see the good reviews over the angry bad reviews who will go out of their way to make it known.
As they alsways say, most people wont go out of their way to write a good review, only the bad ones will. The odds of you getting a defective product are far less than getting one that works correctly. Over the last year I have gotten 2 Sceptre curved 27" monitors (1080p 185hz, and now a 1440p 165hz) niether have a single dead pixel, stuck pixel, color issues can be adjusted if you spend the time. These are great for the price, coming from someone with quite a pricey setup, just bite the bullet and get one.
