Poor quality
The media could not be loaded. From the day one not working. I am totally frustrated with this product. Evey time it shows F6 or F3 error.No idea how to get it exchange .Fraud company. Don't buy. Poor quality.I received a product after exchange . Same error is there.

Never Ever Buy
If you dont want to get into any sort of headache, don't ever buy this item. The readings are very very erroneous and moreover the return procedure on the app for this item doesn't work either.I had previously bought BC32 Which also didn't work fine, and the replacement didn't work either so I thought BC30 Would be fine but this didn't work either.Buy BC28 which I own now , which is reliable and gives more accurate readings.My BC 30 is now a complete waste of money which is good only for measuring heart beat rate.!!!
