These are hard to find in a store. Makes the best Alfredo. Tastes great.

I bought this item because its easy to make fettuccine Alfredo and it tastes really good. I've had a hard time finding it in the grocery store. This vendor decided to put these in a padded envelope, bad decision! It came crumpled and looks like it was in storage for years. I hope it doesn't taste like that. Next time ship these in a small box that won't get damaged!

Easy and quick to put together a creamy sauce for pasta. Also lends itself to adding fresh or dried herbs, additional Parmesan cheese, cream, etc. to boost the flavor. Enjoy keeping this sauce mix handy to use with a variety of dried pastas and clean out the fresh vegetable drawer for a quick and easy meal that is delicious and satisfying.

No it is not like fresh made from all natural ingredients. I have had that before but this is much better than most Alfredo sauces most of us are used to. Most of us are eating pre-packed or bottled sauce. We just don't know it, until you have whipped it up yourself then you realize what is fresh and not. NOW this product is prepackaged powdered sauce and easy to make. I used Rice Milk instead of regular milk or cream. IT CAME OUT WONDERFUL I thought it might ruin it but no it was delicious. I simmered it mixed it had my pasta going. I have simmered it with some fresh grilled chicken and once as an emergency a can of chicken breast (like canned tuna) that I usually only use for chicken salad. Both times it came out nice and delicious. This is a great 1..2...3... meal that anyone can make and have dinner in minutes. Combine it with some fresher pasta choices and I think you have a great deal.
