A full night of sleep and I didn't wake up hungry... take my money! Out of a fairytale this product really worked. I've tried it 3 nights now staggered and the 3 nights I took it my brain melted into dreamland. The nights I did not, I lie awake with the endless to do list going through my head with all the what I didn't do today thoughts, ending up trying to figure out if elephants could live on the moon or if my cat could get me sick by sneezing on me.The taste... like a cool glass of chocolate milk before bed. No thick chalky taste you have to gag down. I do blend my shakes in a little blender so I can't speak to in a shaker cup but I'd assume the same outcome. I mix it with a little almond milk and nothing else. Great taste, puts you to sleep and you don't wake up wanting to eat the whole kitchen. I actually did everything I needed to without thinking about breakfast until I was making it. Great buy.

I used to use MM sleeping giant. This product far surpasses that product and doesn't contain sucralose. I've been weightlifting for 22 years and this is one of the best whey supplements I've ever consumed.

I was very hesitant to try this product because of the negative reviews on taste but I'm glad I took a chance. Now, I'm not going to say this is the best tasting protein in the world but it's definitely not bad compared to others I've tried. I usually mix one scoop with a little almond milk and crushed ice in my NutriBullet prior to bedtime and it really helps you sleep more soundly. Occasionally, I'll add a banana and a bit of powdered peanut butter to taste or thicken it up. I actually look forward to having this mix before bed it's like getting dessert after dinner. I would definitely recommend.

This item is sickening. It doesn’t dissolve and tastes like chalk. So far, the only product About Time product that is palatable is the Whey Protein powder.

This is easily my favorite About Time product. My cousin is one of their reps, so I've had quite a few on their line. Where other brands claim their products provide muscle recovery, this company actually delivers. Those day-after gym pains become a thing of the past. It does take until about the 2nd or 3rd dose to become truly effective, but it's worth the wait. This product won't disappoint.

This stuff tastes great and really knocks you out! And it’s cheaper than the muscle milk kind!!!

I really like this stuff. I have been using their Whey protein for a long while. I was almost scared off of this by the negative reviews on taste, however I think it tastes great. It is definitely chalky compared to the Whey, but the flavor is delicious (for a protein drink). I should say I am using the chocolate and have not tried the peanut butter.

This is my favorite casein, I stopped buying it when they repackaged and upped the price. If I ever win the lottery I will definitely buy this casein again regularly
