Not your regular 2 in 1
The monitor on this computer does not twist to cover up the keyboard. It folds so that the back of the monitor and the back of the keyboard section touch against each other, so the keyboard is exposed. You will not be able to hold it as a tablet, because your hand-or whatever it is leaned against- will accidentally press keys. It has to be placed as shown in advertisement. I will provide more comments later, after my daughter uses it for school.

The most expensive piece of garbage I've ever bought
I received this in early April and within 3 months the screen has detached from the lid,It randomly turns off while I am in zoom meetings, typing out documents or watching movies. Not goes to sleep, fully shuts off.It will not run even the most basic of PC games, one that my old laptop has no problem running. It has absolutely terrible loading speed. It will randomly decide my internet is down while all other devices and even the laptop WiFi settings will say there is internet available. It also dies within an hour if not plugged in.Most of these problems started within the first week, but I assumed that it was due to user error, however they just got worse with time. The reason I was looking to get a new laptop was my old one, which is about 5years old, cost about $350-400, and has 4G of RAM was starting to load slow and crash unexpectedly. Which after 5 years of a cheap 4G RAM laptop I think is pretty expected. However a brand new almost $1,000 16G laptop shouldn't have these problemsMy old laptop as is, runs faster and crashes less than this brand new laptop. It also runs much cooler as this laptop gets almost to burn your hands hot very quickly, a temperature my old laptop only hit if playing video games with demands at the top of its limits.

Glad I got this!
I've had my laptop for over a month now. I use it for remote work and for writing. It's quick, simple, and let's me work for hours (8-12 hours) at a time without causing any disruption. I come from using all Apple products. However, I really didn't want to spend so much money on a MacBook Pro. I also like that the keyboard has the number keypad on the side for a laptop, which is a huge plus since I work with numbers. This has easily become a favorite and I'm glad that I got it.

Great computer
It’s still early days and learning Windows 11 but I’m thrilled so far with this HP laptop. The screen size is comparable with a larger laptop thanks to the extremely small bezels. It is heavier then anticipated which may be a result of the chassis to support the hinges that allow the screen to fold 180 degrees and also the touch screen. I’d recommend though, a quality product so far.

Powerful sturdy loaded laptop for the price.
Very good performance for the price. Very sturdy metal build. On the heavy side for tablet mode. The 13 inch model would be better for that. Screen brightness and resolution not great.

Just but it!
Love my new Hp envy ! Runs super fast. The touch screen is awesome. There is no lag or delay on the touch screen. Works great playing Roblox. And also works great with the cricut design space. Bluetooth connectability with my cricut is super smooth. Connects flawlessly with my samsung galaxy buds and my lg bluetooth head sets. Also pretty cool that my samsung phone can connect to it as well. Well with the price. I would absolutely recommend!

Great laptop but with many problems
I love this laptop but it has had so many issues. The week after I got it I discovered that for some reason the laptop wasn't sleeping when the lid was closed so it kept dying overnight. I had to go into the bios and change a setting to fix that. After that the microphone stopped working just after the warranty ran out. The global volume controls also stopped working soon after that. The final problem I've had is that the track pad buttons sometimes get stuck down. Other than all these glaring issues I really like this laptop, it's one of the few I could find with the specs I wanted for a price I needed. It can run all the cad software I need as an engineering student and I always use my earbuds so I don't notice the lack of mic and speakers.Tl;dr it fufills the bare minimum of a functioning laptop
