We use this in our bedroom because we have 2 large breed dogs and frankly they make the room smell like, well... dog. The darker filter has been used pretty much 24/7 for 4 months. Our room size is 13x12 and we keep the door shut. When the red light started flashing on our machine I ordered a new pet filter and the difference is color is astonishing! When we don't have this running, even with daily vacuuming and occasional carpet cleaning, our room stinks.LOVE these filter and the Afloia Hepa Filter Air Cleaner!! Highly recommend!
