I loved the idea of having a parent facing umbrella stroller, however it is very heavy and cumbersome, the wheels don't work well on anything besides well paved side walks, every little crack or dimple in the pavement shakes my baby awake as the wheels jar. The canopy is reversible, yes, but it looks very messy in the parent facing orientation. It attaches to the back of the baby's head rest, and as you pull the canopy forward, it sits the baby up, its a constant battle between the sun shade and the part where the baby lies.The carrying strap and the cup holder are awful. The strap is too short to be of any use, it also doesn't allow you to carry the stroller hanging vertically, it rotates it at a weird angle so its diagonal to the ground/ or possibly parallel to the ground, like carrying a plank of wood under your arm. very frustrating for those around you, navigating door ways, busy places such as malls or airports.The basket underneath is TINY. It's a joke how small it is, you have to lift the baby, then the bottom of the platform where he lies, to get to it.All in all, an excellent concept very poorly executed.

I’ve been using this stroller for about 5 months now, after transitioning to it because my pricier (larger) stroller just wasn’t convenient to lug around any more and didn’t recline enough for my baby to ride in without the infant carrier (car seat). I love that my baby can face me, and there’s a fairly deep recline both directions. My baby has poor head and neck control for his age so we just use the infant support that came with this (which didn’t even exist with pricier stroller) and recline it all the way and he’s good to go! I even bought a “Buggy Board” attachment for it so my toddler can stand on the back for a lift if he needs to.

Hi.I bought 3Dflip last summer '17 and started to used since October,but after 2month 3-position sleeping place (face-forward) was broken from one side. So my baby seats wrong,cuz all back weight is keeping on one recline seat side.What should I do? How to contact official company. Is the stroller has garantee? I am in Ukraine right now and can't send return it back to States. Maybe someone has a similar situation and find a way to fix it.Now the stroller operable only in lay-down position and it makes me upset that impossible to fix and useless when you baby starts to seat.

Purchased this stroller to get our 3 month old through the airport on a recent trip. My husband and I are both tall and kick every stroller when we walk but not this one. Love that she could face us and that the canopy closed all the way, making a dark “cave” for her nap. The multiple recline positions were perfect since she’s not sitting up on her own. Colapses with one hand. All around great little umbrella stroller.

Such a great stroller! I wanted an expensive bassinet stroller for the baby facing me function but this is so much cheaper, lighter, and accomplishes the same thing! Love it!
