It was very cheap, and was worth the purchase. It is very easy to put up and take down. Everything about it is great accept that the bottom is almost rock hard. *It left red spots on our babies head and thighs because it is so hard.* But you get what you pay for, so purchase a padded cover that fits and is safe for 10.00 on Amazon and you still will not be paying a lot. We got this for traveling to keep in the trunk for an easy use and it has done what wee needed and was made very well in all other aspects.

I bought this item NEW as advertiser directly from the manufacture DOM through Amazon. It arrived timely BUT it had a weird smell. Cheap manufacturing. Also it came with this nasty BLOOD like stain.Id like a refund! This is gross. I noticed after placing my baby in this playpen.Its not new, its used or something serious happened during manufacturing.Can customer service please reach out to me.Thanks

It came in a carrying bag.and was easy to fold up.the only issue is locking the sides in i had to have my son do it.dident have the strength to do it.has instructions on the bottom witch is nice don't have to worry about to lose the instructions.wish it was easier to lock the sides in.if u have issues with your hands or not alot of strength this won't work for you, unless you have someone who can set it up for u.
