They are tricky to put on, but once on, they are super secure! I almost lost my earring with the regular push backing and these locking backings are a must! Highly recomend!!!

I bought these to keep from losing my James Avery earrings. They work amazingly!!

I have 2 pairs of earrings; one in a platinum setting and one in white gold. These backs don’t fit either pair. They won’t really fit on the white gold pair at all and the platinum pair slides right off. I was looking for a replacement backing for the white gold pair as one of the original backings doesn’t lock. I ended up speaking to a jeweller and they said these locking backs are sort of proprietary so after market backs don’t usually work. Unless you have this brand already I would opt for something different if it’s imperative that your earrings be secure. Hoping I can return them.

Very small holes

I wanted to secure backing for the butterfly diamond earrings. My husband got me. I usually end up losing earring here and there because of the poor backing and I have long hair. I don’t want to lose these earrings so I looked into these Erin locks in to give it a go. It does not lock and plays owl and sleeps right off. So unfortunately these do not work for my diamond earring posts. I’m sure they will work on a little thicker post, but if it was up to me, go ahead and just spend a little more money and get a high grade has a guarantee it will work. I would love to wear them and not be concerned they’re gonna fall out or not.
