Earrings are not sold separately. Since the same doll mold is used in multiple products, the doll's ears include holes for the styles that do include earrings.

Q: Are her comb and stands the same color as bella?

Yes. All of the Rainbow High dolls combs and stands match their hair color. The only one that's different is Amaya (the mixed hair colored one).

Rainbow High dolls are 11" tall.

Q: Would the acessories and clothes fit barbies? Or lol dolls?

No they barely fit rainbow high dolls. I don’t even see how a child could pull their outfits on, adults have to struggle. You can try them on other dolls but I don’t think that they will look or fit right. Toy manufactures make sure to make all the dimensions different on their doll lines so that customers cannot do this. Makes them more $$ because then you have to buy their dolls and clothes. Mga produces both rainbow high and LOL dolls but they make sure the clothing won’t fit right so you would have to buy the other dolls. Plus the outfits aren’t the best of quality through mga. They often rip and sequins fall off. Barbie outfits are made better than MGA. MGAs outfits look good but they are fragile. Both LOL and rainbow high. I’ve had trouble with the dolls themselves also. They’re fragile and break easily. And MGA will give you every excuse as to why they won’t replace a broken product of theirs too, They really have poor customer service.
