Product leaks from original box
This product is great, but the packaging is bad. Also Amazon should put it in a plastic bag when they pack it because it leaks all over your other products if you’ve ordered more than one item.

should be packed alone or with soft items
I am on auto to receive this and it does the job it's supposed to. This month's shipment was packed together with a heavy item which beat the box open and some product was spilled.

Needs better packaging
The product is great. We have been using it for years and have had no problems with our septic system. However, the six boxes I ordered were just dumped in a box with other items and the powdered product sifts or leaks out of its box and covers all others items, making a mess to clean up. I don't feel this septic tank treatment is something you want to handle or breath in! It should be contained in a plastic bag.
