Tasty but not as true German landjager as I would like
too findly ground to be true German styleflavor was a little odd, not bad but again not what I am more used to

I liked the product very much.. Re ordering product is not possible because of some quirk in the system saying product cannot be delivered to my address. WTF over. I would like to re order but can't..

Not a quality nor authentic Landsjaeger
Should've known by the incorrect spelling that this was "Americanized". Fooled by the picture of the product was I. This is nothing more than high priced rectangular granularized beef jerky. Texture is wrong. Real Landsjaeger is not granular, has bits of fat and is slightly smoked with a differrent casing. I'll just have to see if Amazon.de (Deutschland/Germany) can come through. A disappointment out of Wisconsin is what I received and overpriced for what it truly is.......BEEF JERKY! Smoked salami is closer to a true Landsjaeger than this Americanized ersatz jerky. Shame out of Wisconsin.

Expensive and Greasy :-(
I had bought this several years ago and I received twice as much for the same amount of money. Not sure why they thinks it's gold. I hung it up, like they said, for 2 days. The casings turned out really tough and hard to chew. And this was a lot more greasy than I had in the past. I won't order again.
