Q: I received a cheap knockoff from this seller. no markings at all on the right headphone. also, the ad said "new" but they are used. anyone else?

Yes it is. Everything is true of what they say. The only issue i have with this product is the fact that if you put the volume all the way up, it is heard when you take them out of your ears.

Q: is this original or fake? I want to make sure before I buy

Real, but not great quality compared to other Marshall options. Go for their blu tooth version, they're much better than these wired ones.
