Maybe I bought the wrong item
I bought this hoping for chopped garlic to mix with pasta but this tasted more citrus-like. I see it's called Emperor's Kitchen, so maybe it's more for Asian cooking than italian.

This was good garlic.
I put this in my stuffed peppers today. It came out really good! I was pleased how the flavor tasted. It didn’t have a strong smell when I opened it up. It was mild. So it was fresh. Good value for the money. It was easy rounds. It was definitely sealed when I got it. I was happy with the quality of this garlic. Highly recommend!
