I own a very small coffee roasting business and recently purchased the cold brew system. So far everything seems to be working properly. I have had no leaks where the spout is inserted ad the filter bags help with the coffee sludge you have t deal with when you don't have a filter.

I absolutely love my new cold brew kit. It makes it so much easier, and works very well. The company also guarantees the system for one year which is amazing. Best customer service I have gotten through amazon. Period.

Works great but you can make this yourself 👍. Someone is over charging for a simple idea . Let not give him the opportunity to become a big business with this much greed . Make it yourself for about $15bucks
