Sadly poor quality
Item does not retain heat, the "pico" does not full open and is stiff like a rock. The item arrived damaged and sadly it is a big headache to send back as item is not fulfilled by amazon but by a private seller so I would avoid entirely. You will have to pay return fees yourself. It is a big cost for a low quality item.
