Healing Concealer, Medium, 0.13 Fl Oz

This stuff is great! A little goes a long way and it wears all day. It’s quality skin care and helps blemishes heal while concealing them flawlessly. I have read a bunch of complaints that the tube is too small for the price but I disagree. This is not meant to cover your whole face, but is a spot treatment. This one small tube will most likely last months. Will definitely purchase again,

I bought this Boo-Boo Cover-Up Concealer (Medium, 0.34 Ounce) via Subscribe and Save for the added savings. I saw it on ipsy but even after their added coupon, it was cheaper here than buying it at a discount from the manufacturer (after shipping).This is hands down the best concealer I've used. I was a beauty consultant for 10+ years, years ago, so you know I've tried a lot of products...I have mild adult acne around my cycle and some residual scarring that is mostly purple in tone. I also have dark circles that lean towards the same tone along with red keloid scarring on my chest. Concealer is a must for me.For reference, I'm from Afghanistan, lighter skin than most of my nationality, but still with an olive undertone. I usually wear Estee Lauder's Double Wear Light foundation in Intensity 1.0I absolutely love the formula of this concealer, the Paraben Free ingredients, and the coverage. The tube it comes in is perfect for applying however you prefer and a third of an ounce is a lot considering how little you need of this for good coverage.It has great pigmentation, staying power, and blendability. At first I thought it might be too dark on me but when applied with warm fingers, it blends in easily and quite well.Lately I've been using this alone (no foundation) if I'm not going anywhere special; it blends that well. You do have to use a drop or so at a time though because it dries quickly if not blended soon after application.Five star product and worth springing for, even with the $17 pricetag. Much better than others I've tried, especially those made for body scars with finishing powders, like Dermablend and the likes.I'm hope they don't change the formula because I think it's lightened some of my scarring and a sun spot. It doesn't crease and doesn't get oily later in the day either.This product is made in Canada. Highly recommended. Uploading some photos so you can get a closer look and a feel for it's size. Smile. I’m 73 years old and take a .81 aspirin daily, which seems to give me purple/blue marks on my forearms (PURPURA)., which is quite unsightly. I just applied a very small amount in about 4 different marks and it seems to cover pretty well. I’m light completed but the Medium is perfect on me, however, I did have to layer, meaning I lightly patted onto each mark then waited a minute and reapplied, did 3 layers total. The product still didn’t cover completely but most of the bright discoloration was gone. Overall, I’m glad I bought it, just wish it came in a larger container. Even though you only need to use a tiny bit each time, I’m not sure how long this will last, we’ll see. I’d definitely recommend!

Purchased for my mother-in-law....she wanted to cover up some scars she has on both her legs for a special occasion. This is very easy to apply, but it doesn't conceal as much as I would have liked it to. The tube, even the larger size is pretty small, so if you need to conceal a larger area (like we needed) either get something else, or purchase several tubes at a time. I think it would be fine if you only have a smaller area to conceal. The main reason I purchased this Boo-Boo one is because it's for areas that also need healing, not just for concealing. It did not irritate my mother-in-law's legs at all, and it did conceal okay when we applied it in several layers. Apply with a soft touch, let it dry and then add another layer and that seems to work the best. I also bought the Medium to blend the colors together, but the Dark was darker than I expected from the photos, and the Medium worked the best for us. Since I had both shades, I applied the Dark first...let it dry, then applied the Medium over it. I would purchase again as long as she needs a healing concealer, but for the price, if I need just a concealer, I'd probably look for another product.
